Bow Valley Riptides Swim School & Teen Fit Fees & Withdrawal Policy 2026–2027 Season Updated Spring 2026

1. Application This document applies to all family accounts for Swim School and Teen Fit programs.

2. Fee Overview Swim School and Teen Fit fees consist of Training Fees only. There are no Competition Fees for these programs.

• Training Fees — cover pool time, coaching, and daily training operations.

3. Fee Commitment When you register, you are committing to the Training Fees listed for your program. All fees are paid in full upon registration.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Payment All fees are paid in full upon registration.

Withdrawals There are no refunds for withdrawal once the program has started. Refunds are only available if a swimmer is withdrawn at least 30 days prior to the first day of scheduled programming and are subject to a $40 administrative withdrawal fee.

Missed Practices Credits or refunds will not be provided for missed practices, including those due to injury, illness, self-isolation requirements, or circumstances beyond the club’s control such as pool or facility shutdowns or fouling’s. Where possible, additional sessions may be added within the season to make up for any cancelled days caused by factors outside the club’s control.

Session Transfers Where appropriate, swimmers may move between sessions within the same season outside of the 30-day withdrawal window. However, Spring session registrations may not be transferred into the following season.

5. Worked Example Scenario: A swimmer is registered for Swim School starting October 14th. The family decides to withdraw on September 10th (more than 30 days prior to the program start).
